Hidden Artists 2012

ipad art of Chichester building

Oxmarket Gallery, Chichester

I have just finished an original piece for the Oxmarket Gallery's Hidden Artists exhibition. Running from 7th - 19th August and then again from 11th - 23rd December, the Hidden Artists exhibition is to raise money for the Oxmarket Gallery, which only survives on donations, hire fees and memberships.

Artists are kindly asked to donate a small postcard sized image for them to sell:

We are asking our friends, both professional and amateur, to generously donate postcard sized pieces of artwork. There are no restrictions or limitations as to subject matter, medium or how many may be donated (the more the better!).

I painted The Cross in the middle of Chichester, a famous meeting place, built in the late 1400s by the Bishop of Chichester. Visit the Oxmarket Gallery website for more details on their current and upcoming exhibitions.

iPad art in gold frame

Are you looking for a special gift for someone who has everything? How about a Baroque style portrait? Beautiful hanging on the wall in their office or above the fireplace, showing everyone who is Lord or Lady of the Manor.
My artwork is created digitally using painting software (Procreate App), from a photo of your choice. It is not a filter, each individual brush stroke (well, I use my finger) is created personally. I can work to specific requirements, and print up to 60x80 cms.
When you purchase, I will contact you with an email to send your photo to, along with any specific requirements. Please allow 30 days after you have sent me the photo for your image to be created and posted.

Buy a specially commissioned portrait

Posted on: March 2nd, 2012 by roz No Comments

"Kott" 2012I have just set up shop with Etsy, enabling people to order their own specially commissioned piece of Art.

Are you looking for a way to celebrate a Wedding? Pregnancy? A new arrival?
Looking for a special gift for the grand parents? or would you just like a big portrait of yourself for the living room wall?

My artwork is created from photographs that you send me. It is not a filter, each line, shape, colour, gradient is created manually by me. I can work to specific requirements, including style, colour scheme, print size (max A1 841mm/594mm) etc. Please feel free to test me!

These paintings are all digital vector images and can be printed to any size without loss of quality. Final images are printed on high quality photo paper and posted, rolled up in a cardboard tube. I do not frame them myself as it causes issues with posting but if you have a specific frame, give me the measurements and I will make sure it fits.

Please take a look at the gallery and see if there's anything that inspires you!
